Overseas Job Description :
• Work independently to complete the planning, design and execution of projects that meet or exceed client expectations, are within the agreed budget, and are delivered on or ahead of schedule and with minimal risk to the health and safety of people and the environment
• Demonstrating strong understanding of client needs and achieve a high level of satisfaction
• Provide direction, mentoring and support to bid teams and project staff
• Supervise project staff and review deliverables to ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards
• Assist the Sales Leader to develop business opportunities
• Monitor costs on an ongoing basis and do not allow them to exceed the predetermined and approved budget costs
• Develop and maintain client relationships and industry knowledge
• Prepare technically sound, well written and easily understood proposals and reports
This position is responsible for the delivery of quality designs for major rail infrastructure projects. In this role you will also provide technical expertise, mentoring and support to the civil and structural engineering team.

BE – Civil with with a minimum of 10 years experience in an operating environment (either construction or maintenance)
