Responsibilities .
a) To set up and commission a power station ( incl engineering and commissioning)
b) To Supervise two contractors and ensure that project deadlines are met without compromise on quality
c) To get completion certificates from Local authorities.
d) To ensure timely settle vendor payments through Iraqi partners.
e) Develop alternate vendors for existing and future projects.
f) Supervise a manpower of …. engineers, … supervisors and … unskilled workers under the contractors.
g) Meet higher echelons of Iraqi govt for future business.
KRA’s for the year.
i) Completion of the project on Time as reflected in the NOC received from the respective authorities.
ii) Smooth functioning and relationship with vendors as reflected in lack of conflict and good personal rapport.
iii) Timely and accurate receipt of MIS reports at predetermined frequency.
iv) Complete finisher profile as reflected in sewing up all loose ends of the projects
v) Good personal rapport with local authority as reflected by the least cost incidence of cost overruns.
vi) Business development of new projects as reflected by proposals accepted by the company and contract signed.
vii) Keeping a bench strength of atleast two alternate contractors for present or future exigencies.
viii) Introduction of a Project management Software to manage the existing or new projects.
