Overseas Job Description :
- Accountable for the Project Designing and Project Scheduling
- Monitoring the process and Co-ordinating
- Statutory Compliance
- Project Completion & Safety Audit
- Accountable for Cost Effectiveness of the Projects
- Preparation of Conceptual design & layout as per requirement with coordination with consultants
- Preparing the project Budget as per the conceptual design for management approval
- Interacting / follow-up with Architect & Technical consultant for specification, drawings & other required details for implementation of project.
- Interacting with potential suppliers for equipment supplies with coordination of Purchase department.
- Interacting with statutory bodies for necessary approvals for establishment of project.
- Monitoring the progress of project on day to day basis, interacting with contractors, suppliers and with site execution team for proper implementation with due care & safety.
- Monitoring the actual expenses of the project with coordination of project accounts to avoid variations
- Conducting the site visits time to time to monitor the execution of the project
- Analysing the budget vs actuals with accounts dept during project time and after completion of the project
- Certification of all relevant invoices / bills involved in the project
- Implementation of ISO procedures in Project department

Overseas Jobs Title : Civil Engineer, Civil Executive, Executive – Civil, Executive – Construction, Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, Cement, Steel, Power plant construction.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Should be a BE / B Tech / Diploma – Civil major with minimum 2+ Years of experience.
- Candidate who posses experience in cement, steel, power plant industries are preferred.
- Should be conversant with Hindi.
- Should have flair for traveling.
