Overseas Job Description :
Experience in BRM product implementation, L3 support and customization with focus on BRM based convergent billing, TMOS, Price plan, Pipeline rating, AAA Diameter, RADIUS manager, Discounting, Payments and General Ledgers and various framework (like channel, event notification, MTA etc) with in BRM.
This includes opencode development
for Senegal location – Billing
? Will be involved in providing technical ownership for application support, maintenance, trouble shooting, interface customer for technical and domain level
discussions and development services for application built around Oracle BRM for convergent billing implementation.
This includes absolute technical leadership of BRM based development, trouble-shooting, problem analysis.
? Will be involved in interface with customer for technical and domain level discussions and development services.
? Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of the project, clarify the system specification, understand their work practices and the nature of their business.
? Will be technical owner of the overall implementation of BRM based solutions
.? Must be willing to go on-site for project duration.

Overseas Jobs Title : Oracle BRM, L3, BILLING , Oracle 10g, SQL.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Having 7- 10 years of hands on experience in C/C++, Oracle 9i / 10g, PL / SQL, Pro*C
? Good Domain knowledge on Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas preferably for CDMA/ GSM service providers
? Good hands on experience in Unix command s and shell scripting
? Overall knowledge in BSS area like Billing Rating, Mediation
? Should have architected end to end BSS solutions with COTS products from Oracle ?
Should have designed integration architecture for multi-vendor COTS products
? Minimum 2 Data migration project experience in any billing COTS product.
? Ability to derive HLD / LLD out of BRS / SRS through requirement analysi
s.? Should have completed hand-on telecom BRM implementation (min 2 projects)
? Strong client engagement skills
? In-depth knowledge of SDLC.
? Ability to interact with the customers at all levels
? In-depth understanding of Processes, Systems, Technologies used in TELCO.
