Overseas Job Description :
You will be organizing and building a strong Service team, at the same time you will play a sales engineer role.
It is mandatory to have knowledge in CUMMINS PROCESS and STANDARDS.
• Log & Handle the customer’s enquiry for bagging orders.
• Enhancing lead generation with potential end users / contractors / middle agents / Business promoters.
• Achieve the targets of DAOP / CGAOP.
• Drive repeat orders from customers.
• Drive the enquiry handling system / order execution
• Ensure all the formats applicable for the sales is duly filled and reported by the sales team, such as PDI check /BIS Check / order processing format.
• Undertake the Cummins Power Gen University course applicable to the job profile & drive the team for certification courses.
• Collate and act on feedback from customers through – Feedback forms / remarks in service reports / invitation to VOC session. Demonstrate to be a “Good Starter / Initiator & an Excellent Finisher”.
• Define and Adhere to Quality Manual, applicable to your position profile.
• Attend the training program assigned, based on identified training needs.
• Maintenance of Quality Systems / data base on YTD statistical measures, and adhere to procedures in the Quality manual.
Critical Success Factors:
• Should have sound application knowledge, both Mechanical & Electrical – functional related to field job.
• Should demonstrate the managerial skill for the team reporting to win.
• Should play vital roles in communication with keys customers and principals in reporting incidents and address corrective solutions (Short term Plug-in or Long Term Solutions).
